Ledgerly is for interpersonal agreements — concert tickets, hotel halves, contractor advances — not bank balances or payment rails. You enter amounts yourself; nothing links to accounts.
Inside the app you open slips, track partial payments, net mutual debts, bucket situations, and keep receipt notes where the photo or transfer ref actually lives.

Privacy
Your slips stay on your device.
This Privacy Policy describes how Ledgerly: Friends & Bills (the “Application”) handles information. The Application is provided for iPhone and iPad. Contact: andriipidkuiko@aptrakservistov.org · +1 (825) 479-2572.
1. Information We Collect
Ledgerly does not require an account, sign-up, or login. We do not ask for your name, email, phone number, or location inside the app for registration. We do not run third-party analytics or advertising trackers.
The following data is stored locally on your device only:
- Display name you choose during setup
- People, situations, and agreement slips you create
- Payments, adjustments, extra costs, receipt notes, and history events
- Onboarding and sample-data preferences
2. How We Use Information
Because we do not collect personal data on our servers, there is nothing for us to profile, share, or sell. Open slips, people nets, netting, situations, and archive features operate using data stored on your device.
3. Data Storage & Retention
Content is saved in the Application’s private storage on your device (local snapshot persistence). There is no cloud sync and no remote backup operated by us. Deleting the app permanently removes associated local data from your device.
4. Decorative Images
Some screens may load decorative cover images from a public image CDN (Unsplash) to illustrate situations or archive scenes. Those requests do not include your agreement amounts, people list, or other ledger content. If a cover cannot load, the app shows an on-device fallback.
5. Third-Party Services
Ledgerly does not include advertising networks or usage analytics SDKs. Aside from optional decorative image fetches described above, ledger data is not transmitted to external APIs. The Application does not link to bank accounts or payment processors.
6. Children’s Privacy
The Application does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Because no personal ledger data is collected or transmitted to us, the app aligns with COPPA and similar standards for on-device tools.
7. Your Control
You can edit or delete slips, people, and situations at any time inside the app, or uninstall the Application to remove stored content from your device.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy to reflect app improvements or legal requirements. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. The core commitment — local ledger storage, no accounts, no sale of personal data — will not change without clear notice.
